What we collect
We collect the details you give us to fulfill an order: your name, email, shipping address, and order history. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe); they never touch our servers.
How we use it
We use your information to process orders, provide support, and, only with your explicit permission, send marketing messages. We store a record of when and how you gave marketing consent.
Sharing
We share information only with the services needed to run the shop, such as our payment processor, shipping tools, and email provider. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can update your details or unsubscribe from marketing at any time. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, email hello@meltandmill.com.
